Marla A. Linderman has been dedicated to the practice of employment and
discrimination law for t
welve years.  She has successfully handled high
profile cases such as a class action suit against Ford Motor Company, suits
against the State of Michigan, as well as suits against Fortune 500
companies. Ms. Linderman practices in Michigan and in federal courts, is
considered an expert in her fields of practice, and is a frequent speaker and
contributing author regarding discrimination to the ICLE Michigan Causes of
Action Formbook.

Ms. Linderman also currently serves on the State Bar of Michigan Law
Practice Management Section Council, the Washtenaw County Bar
Association Board of Directors, and the Washtenaw Trial Lawyers Board of
Directors. She is also an active member of the Michigan Association of
Justice and previously served as President of Women Lawyers of
Washtenaw County.

Erika S. Julien has been dedicated to the defense of accused in the criminal
justice system for seven years.  She passionately believes that every case
deserves fair treatment in the courts and zealous representation in the law.  
Ms. Julien practices in Michigan courts, providing representation to
defendants charged with any crime.  

Ms. Julien also serves as an elected member of the State Bar of Michigan's
Criminal Law Section Council, appointed member of the State Bar of
Michigan's Criminal Jurisprudence and Practice Committee, and President of
Criminal Defense Lawyers of Washtenaw County. She also previously served
as President & Co-Founder of the Washtenaw County/EMU Legal Resource
Center, served extensive terms on the Washtenaw County Bar Association
Board of Directors, and served as Voter Service Chair for the Ann Arbor
Area League of Women Voters.
